Sciphone the Iphone clone

I've really been thinking about getting one of these. Their much cheaper then getting the original Iphone, of course it isn't completely the same. Just some minor setbacks but your getting your moneys worth. Going towards the 3g but still not sure. Thought it would be worth sharing.

wtf? How can this happen? 1st... are they allow to do it? Is it even legal? Can apple sue? 2nd... how can they do it that cheap without contract? The iPhone cost like 700 to buy it out right.

The dollar has a higher value then the yuan. So there making good money even for selling it at this low price. Don't know about the suing part, it does say Sciphone at the places where the regular apple logos would be. So I guess it's only thing or something, could be wrong lol.
