I'm fully aware that 2bar is 29psi.

Not sure what tyres you have on, but from memory my front tyres should be 2.5-2.7bar depending on load and 2.9-3.2 on the rear. I might be wrong, but only by 0.1 or so.

That's for 19" wheels and I know other sizes are slightly different, but I highly doubt 2bar.

The electric dipstick is less accurate if you have deflated tyres though, as the whole car will sit lower.

For 4 people maximum the pressures on the Driver's door post for 16 and 17 inch RFT are 2.0 bar (29 PSI) front and 2.2 bar (32 PSI) rear. I double checked the PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) sheet and the dealer has written 2.0 bar for front and 2.2 bar for rear.

(Multiply by 14.5 to convert bar to PSI)

No fiddling with my greasy oily dipstick - what a shame! On CCC iDrive models (i.e. pre facelift) you check the oil level with the engine running even when moving not just stationary on a level surface.

Why? Is the manual method more accurate? You just check the level is between max and min. Electronic method you can "monitor" the level at any time?
