I totally agree. Members on these forums have different goals for their cars and are mainly on the forum to share their experiences, find out information on new products or DIYs, sought out issues/problems , etc. The various goals can be making a good looking street car with a bit more power, improving times over the quarter, going for the most power out of the N54 on a dynometer or making the car quick around a race circuit. All these goals require different modifications to achieve the individual's needs.

Some people just don't realise this and like to throw their weight around trying to force everyone to build the car they want them to build instead of the car the owner wants to build. Said people should just worry about themselves...

Need to get my hands on a stock bonnet
I have a fabricator all lined up who will do the job

Just need to decide if I’ll go with a bonnet wide scoop, reverse scoop or a power hump down the drivers side

Will def be a one of a kind

Talking about generosity, caught up with Tom (hotsd here on the forums)

He sold me this pair of M3 mirrors for a great price.... he spent some time with me showing me around his parts warehouse which is nothing short of a Aladdin's cave of bimmer stuff

Great guy to deal with and works closely with Brintech who do lots of custom work on BMWs in Seven Hills in Sydney...

Grabbed some snaps including some of a very special and unique build with a stonking great NA V10 under the hood

Highly recommend contacting hotsd (Tom) if you need bimmer parts especially if you are local

Yeh not a scratch. Look like they are folding mirrors too so hopefully the harness is compatible
