Read the CIC using NCSExpert. If you have CIC.C16 your good. I don't know the version which FSC codes start but I think it was the CIC version in daten V43 and up.

I'm in NorCal so I don't personally know of any one in SoCal. I just checked the California sub-forum and saw this thread. I have no idea if he can do it or not but you can always check.

As far as coding it yourself, well that all depends on how good you are with computers and figuring out directions. You will need a cable and the software but other than that most of the details have been listed in this thread.

what does he mean by "SG_CODIEREN (CIC)"? i get the FA_WRITE the VO to the 2 control modules but what about the sg_codieren cic? TIA
