Bolt That Holds This Bracket On?

Checked on Real OEM but i can't find the bolt that hold that bracket in place. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

It's one of the 8mm splash shield bolts that threads into a plastic insert.
Part number for 8mm bolt: 07147129160
Part number for plastic insert: 07146976114
