I just wanted to give huge props to Evan@Tischer and getbmwparts.com for fantastic customer service.

I ordered a stock rear bumper for an e92 from them about a week ago. When my body shop received the bumper they didn't test fit it prior to painting (epic fail). Turns out the bumper was an mtech bumper for a SEDAN! WTF? Turns out, however, that the crate it was shipped in was labeled as being a stock bumper for a coupe (I verified this). BMW mislabeled the crate. I contacted Evan@Tischer and he rectified the problem (which wasn't really his problem once the body shop had painted the bumper). He/they really went above and beyond and I'm very grateful to them. Communication was quick and concise. They'll definitely get my business going forward.
