Anyone successfully matched these up?

I'd also like to know if it'll fit behind 18" BBS RGRs.

Search seems to intimate that no one is running any of those combos.

stoptech has a fit sheet you can print out and test on a wheel. It should fit the barrel without issue, I'd only be concerned about the back of the wheel face clearing. But they should without issue. Worst case would require a spacer.
