ECS Schwaben Scan tool

Used for scanning and some light reprogramming / service items. This was never registered so it should have the free update window when you do decide to register and update it. Sold my BMW, figured it should find a new home.

This is an amazing tool that not only can be used for BMW. Other car manufacturers can be loaded onto this tool (for a a fee) as well and it's a powerful scanner. I've got one and I love it

Quick question.

Can this be used for coding?

An example is if I replace a battery will I be able to use this tool to close battery size/type/date replacement?

I have one and yes you can do that. I believe you can open the calipers too.

You just can't code things like welcome lights and stuff like that
