Bumper scratched

Hi as seen in the pictures, someone scratched my car in a Sainsbury's parking lot, I'm looking for a cheap easy way to repair this, I was thinking about Halfords colour coded pen, any ideas?

You could try chipsaway they will come to you and paint it on your drive. Not too expensive and will be an invisible repair.

take off all the white paint transfer and then check it. I bet it’s barely noticeable once you get the transfer off.

Has the scratch gone below the level of the paint and into the plastic or is it a superficial surface scratch? It's hard to tell from the pictures.

Yeah I scratched my bumper to on a curb... I'm thinking of compound/polish then use touch up. If it looks wack then repaint whole bumper.
