Any ski pass sub installs?
I will apologize ahead of time if this has been asked already...but...anybody out there do any custom sub install in their ski pass? I would love to stick an 8" JL w7 in there and let if pump straight into the cabin, and have only seen like 1 or 2 on the e9x platform. I feel like I've already done my due diligence and scoured the forum before I asked, but here I am asking. I found a significantly higher incidence of this type of installation on older 3ers and in vert models but this is really my dream sub install. Any help or guidance would be excellent!

I've seen a few others but can't find them. You can either do this free-air or with an enclosure behind the woofer. I would think though that the W7 is not well suited for IB. If you do this you need to make damn sure that the baffle is sealed to the ski-pass meaning there can be no air gaps between the trunk space and the cabin.
