The exterior is a toss up for me. Both look nice. Looks MB is going a lot more LED with its headlights.
The interior wise I like the BMW isolated NAV setup then MB combined. Other then that I think I prefer the MB steering wheel it looks much nicer then the BMW.

the nav on the new C is an exact copy of the idrive, if you compare the old C nav with the new one, you'll definitely see the inspiration from BMW. other than that it's not too bad but I'd still get the e90 over the C any day

The C63 will keep the 6.2l V8 (M156). Only change is that it'll get the MCT transmission (wet clutch) instead of the 7G automatic with torque converter.
Best regards, south

Funny thing is the current C63 has a very detuned version of the engine; its not same one they put in the S63!!!
I don't like turbos with manual though, the new Porsche 3.6 L V6 in the Panamera produces 80% of its 300 torques at 1500 rpm or so...no turbos -- that is the best V6 I've ever driven. |

Infiniti headlights, BMW bumper
Does no one else see the previous Infiniti M45 headlights in the new C class and the bumper being almost identical to the e90s foglights aside?

Recently at BMW track event comparing 328xi, A4Q and C300 4-matic. Audi most elegant and attractive in and out, BMW easiest to hustle around course and M-B a distant 3rd in driving dynamics and appearance. Sloppy, slimey steering, car looks as if it wants to pitch forward and trip on itself. A real disappointment

Mercedes should have left the headlights alone, that was the best part of that car... the new ones look too similar to the chrysler 200 and thats not good. What they should have done is changed thoes odd tailights; theyre not cohesive with the rest of the family, and i dont feel like they flow with the car very well.
The new interior is a good upgrade, im glad they did away with that stupid motorized nav cover and pop up screen- how ricey and unnecessary. Over all i give the new C class a C-, the headlights ruin it for me... |

That steering wheel looks great
Much better than the one in my dad's E class, or my non sport e90 Overall, the c class isn't anything special imo It's certainly not a bad looking car, but I prefer the bimmer, even though this particular lci 3 in the comparison is certainly no looker itself
