Thanks for the list i've been trying to decide between KWv1s and FA500s. The FA500s come with camber plates. and I believe the FA500s also cannot use the stock strut bars without modification... If i remember correctly there is a clearance issue.

not sure if it's all the ones with the damping adjustment. I just know FAs damping knob gets in the way and people had to run either the m3 strut bars or had to add some sort of spacer... anyone with FA500s that can clarify?

Yes sir but we really can't talk about pricing unless we are in a classified section of the forums or private messaging or we can get in trouble.

ST's are honestly a joke nowadays compared to what else is out there. You're paying for a name with a very weak feature set. For instance, the height adjustment is done through spring preload...not a fully threaded shock body. Game changer? Hardly. Overpriced and behind the times? You bet. Additionally, a lot of ST kits do not come with top mounts, let alone adjustable camber plates, so you can add those to your lil' cart too.

What kit would you recommend? Since ST and KWv1s are basically the same.

Off topic, comparing both, I would get ST and spray few layers of protection coat to prevent rust.
Back to the topic, I would not get either.

haha yeah, since they are basically the same but different material. I also heard FA500s and BC BR Coilovers may be just repackaged/rebranded coilovers. Not sure if this is confirmed.

It's just annoying that the one's with damping adjustment require modification for the struts.

Repackaged coilovers of what brands? I have heard of FA500 are repackaged too, but I dont think BC is because they are a pretty big coilover company. Meanwhile, ISC and Godspeed looks like its REP of some brand

FA500's are excellent and have a great set of features, BC Racing seems to have some really good feedback and I hear their customer service is top notch - something nice to have with an aftermarket suspension. KW's are solid but I still feel that they lack in certain areas where BC and the like really shine. ISC is another company that I have heard some good things about, really good feature set, quality dampers and the ability to run Swift Springs as well (Fortune and BC offer this as well). Me personally...Id go with the FA500's myself. 8k front 12k rear with Swifts if I had my druthers...

I'm in the market for a set of coilovers since my rear shocks are leaking. For me, it's between BC and FA. I'm leaning more towards BC with swift springs; seems to be the best bang for buck. ~$1300 compared to ~$1600.

How does swift springs compare to the sets that come with BC? Is it just custom spring rate?

They are supposed to valve it for whatever spring rate you specify. With FA and BC, you can order them with custom spring rates but FA you can also order it with Swift springs for the front and rear. BC you only have the option of just the rear for Swift springs which is I'm kind of bummed about but at least you can still choose your spring rates.
