hmmm, I agree, but its ok here as long as I am indoors with the windows open - outside is cooling down, so it figures that inside will do too...

I cant work out how to turn the heating off in this new house... stupid heating.

Yeah but dont cover each other in oil and adopt the 'North/South' position.

Coz that will make you hotter.

It was over 32 degrees here today. With my car sitting in the blazing sun you could fry eggs on my paintwork.

Strange concept for a Scot to learn that you keep the doors and windows/blinds shut in the daytime to keep the heat OUT.

Still, brings out the ladies in summer wear.

I'll freely admit I don't like the heat.........or rather the humidity we get here, makes me feel really lethargic, not the best air density for the internal combustion engine either lol.

Sorry to hear that, I'm the opposite heat = good absolutely love it humid or not sun out even better 'cos you get a tan! I hate cold and hate winter to the point of seriously wondering if I get that seasonal effective disorder lol!

Never thought about second point though ...

Did you know that our weather is one of the most difficult to forecast because of our position in the north atlantic and an oceanic climate..............or is that an excuse given by the met office.
