Thank you so much Seth for setting this whole event up!! I was just expecting a get together of car enthusiasts, but never anticipated WSTO or Eurocharged to be there, let alone, have raffle giveaways! Even with the cold and dreary weather, a lot of people came! I had a great time and already am looking forward to future meets! I am staying another night tonight and will be leaving tomorrow. Going to take some pictures of the nearby attractions (Upside White House, Rome, Trojan Horse, etc)
Thanks again Seth and good luck with your mother's surgery. |

I really wish I could have made it out there guys/gals! I was going to leave last minute, but again work got the best of me and I offered my services for a while. I really hope that we have another one of these meets so that I can get together with everyone. Maybe a mid-summer meet where we can rejoin at the Dells and enjoy the "hopefully" warm and sunny weather? Regardless, I hope to see some pictures soon! Hope everyone had a great time and I hope to make it out next time!

Seth,
Thank you, WheelSTO, Eurocharged and Tischer for making this meet possible. I had a great time and would definately be up for another one. It was nice meeting everyone and putting a handle to a face/car. Thanks again! Ilia PS: Best of luck to you and your mom.

It was nice to meet all of you guys, what a fun drive up and meet. Thanks to Seth Julius and johan at WSTO and eurocharged for hosting our first meet. Next time maybe I'll have my car or it will be nicer weather for me to hang out the window to take more video

Ugh! Talk about being a day late and a dollar short! I live VERY near the Dells and only today came over from the 1addicts site and caught this thread. Here it is, NOON on SUNDAY and I just missed the action!
Could have brought the 330xi and joined the fun. Oh well, maybe next year! Sounds like you guys had a nice time (even with the questionable weather) and thanks to the sponsors and Seth for the organization. I'll definitely write a note in my planner to be on top of this next year! |

No problem, as I was typing that note I actually thought you might mention that. :-) I just don't usually go to that section, not really even sure how/why I ended up there today. ("Karma" I guess!)
Just an oversight on my part, I'll have to check in on the regional topics more often to keep in tune with what's going on. Anyway, thanks again, we'll shoot for the next one!! |

Will do, thanks for the invite! We were actually just down in Middleton on Friday, getting the new 1'er lined up for window tinting in a couple of weeks.

Coincidentally, we did see a 3 on the way home with darker rears. I'm just not sure ... think we're making the correct decision, although 50% vs 35% didn't look that much different on the store display. We also decided to do the clear invisi-film protector on the door edges (only $20 per door). Unlike my 3, the 1'er has a kind of sharp/pointed bend on the body line near the top of the door. Think it might be trouble if it hits the garage drywall just right (or another vehicle!) some day. It looks like it could be prone to chipping pretty easily on the bend. Cheap insurance. |
