Here's a REAL UPDATE, make sure you re-upload your XHP and get latest smoothed out version of "D" mode.

Very cool! Who did the custom flash for you? I have been running stage 3 v3.0 for a few weeks and I am very happy with it. It is easily the best mod you can do to the car, it completely changes the character. D mode is SO much better than stock. Getting rid of the lag when you first step on the gas versus the car moving a second later is gone at most times and when you do get anything it is 10% of what it was.

I actually worked directly with XHP to get the custom flash, I only asked for changes to the M Mode, Specifically Paddle Response time, and more aggressive throttle blips on downsifts. if you think the paddles on Stage 3 are quick, XHP left alot on the table in terms of comfort vs performance.

Im ready to make the switch ! Im on alpina flash right now...

I got one question only !

I dont care about D mode since i drive 95% of the time in M mode and got used to it because D mode is horrible in alpina flash

Question is : are stage 3 map M mode WOT shifts faster than alpina and if yes is it noticable ???

Slightly faster right now, but I have heard they are going to make them even faster in the future and you get updates for free.

Hopefully this will somewhat answer your questions, just FYI, xHP Flashtool shifts faster than Alpina, it is damn near DCT levels.

Has anyone tried stage 2 or is everyone going straight to stage 3? I am planning on getting this, but as a DD I want a certain level of comfort. Will stage 3 be too brutal?

First time updating, how do I update? Do I need to update the app? Or is the map automatically changed in the app

No, D mode is excellent in stage 3, so is sport. I see absolutely no reason to get any other stage.
