All issues have been resolved and we have been working with those who have been experiencing the issue to get it fixed. All new tunes have reflect the solution, happy to report no issues from recent purchase orders of tunes

So this being my first post i admit to being a noob to the platform, but i have plenty of gas experience. I'm assuming i should jsut throw all that out the window though.

Needless to say I've been looking at tuners and BPC seems to be one of my top choices. If i came out to you guys in NC how much would the above kit cost to install?

Thank you for considering us as a top tuner for your diesel. Diesels can be unfamiliar but we have done so much work on them we have seen just about everything. For a quote and additional information on this kit it would be best to contact Randall directly. He can be reached at Randall@bimmerperformancecenter.com or (919) 501-2090. Randall is our diesel expert he handles all of our diesel customers and is extremely knowledgeable about them.

Yeah remember I came up in May to pick it up and you give me a tour of the shop and the cars with all the engine swaps.

what is the "no codes" issue? I have a BPC tune on my x5d and the low end power is no longer present. I'm assuming its a vacuum leak somewhere but im not getting any codes so im wondering if that "no code" issue relates to me.

It hasn't been clear from BPC whether their updated tunes report error codes. Their previous tunes hide them making troubleshooting a headache.

So BPC, is that issue resolved to show error codes and can these people get updates so they can troubleshoot their issues?

My original tune would not pop any codes until a year later I had a terrible misfire and white smoke. So I sent the dde back and was in the area so I picked it up. They reflashed it with a updated tune and my car finally flashed codes for injector faults. So yes they have rectified the no code problem. But it was only a handful of people that had the problem...

This is correct, we have rectified the issue and only a small handful of people were affected those have pretty much all been fixed. When a new tune is purchased you will automatically receive the updated tune. Our tunes are performed in house and Bob our tuner tunes each and every DDE/DME that comes in.

If there are ever any issues with any of our tunes or products we always say to let us know rather than doing nothing. We want to make sure everything is working correctly and properly for everyone. Just let us know if there are any issues.

Blunt answer for those that didn’t read between the lines. Phil wants you guys asking “how much?” to write to Randall to get a quote. This isn’t going to be quoted out in the open.
