Other than that your boost mean ABS and requested boost ABS seem good, which when out of whack sometimes indicate a boost leak.

Finally got rid of the hamster. From the pic above (post 22), I re-adjusted both clamps and the issue is resolved.
Unfortunately I can't say whether it was a clamp that needed tightening or if it was the clamp on the chargepipe side may have been originally fastened partially on the lip. Beyond getting rid of the squeal, my boost at highway speeds is smoother. After my PTF eTune the acceleration sometimes felt turbulent; when I hit boost from 70mph
