Mine are 19x8.5 et29 and 19x9.5 et29 both have a 5mm spacer on 235/35 and 265/30. Dropped on eibach pro's and performance dampers. No rubbing issues at all, but I do have my rear fenders rolled.

wanted to bring this back from the dead as its the only relevant post I see with these sizes.. curious to
19x8.5 ET35 on 235/35/19 19x9.5 ET38 on 265/35/19 on e90 LCI rear offset a little sketchy? Also want to be able to drop on eibach sportline springs |

Nope but you may need to run a spacer to clear the strut tower at most. I don't think you'll run into any problems. I'm planning to do a similar setup as you but a little more aggressive
