E90 330i M-Sport Central Locking Problem

My rear passenger door sometimes unlock/locks, most of the time you have to manually do it. You can see the lock pin move slightly. I've tried a bit of WD40 in case it was just a bit stiff but no joy. Any ideas?

My front passenger door lock is similar. It's not that bad though just a bit sticky/slow and sometimes needs the button pressed again for it to come up fully. Some kind of motor on the way out I would imagine but not sure, as I said mines isn't that bad yet so haven't really looked into it properly
