The dual pipe single exhaust looks good on the 330i but I prefer the look of the 335i's dual exhaust.

They just don't slot in, probably need some modification to get them to fit.

here's the breakdown of parts for my car:
Muffler
http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...e=main&id=7921
2 Tips, diameter of your choice, mine are 4"
http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...e=main&id=8284
And a reputable muffler shop that can put those parts together, I got everything welded for $140.
Here's the picture of the underside:

Oh yeah, ebay has good deals on those tips and muffler.
Extra $10 for high thermal paint for the piping and the muffler for that stealth look.

how much are the pipes?

will there be any power loss/gain from going to that type of dual exhaust?

how does your exhaust sound after the conversion?

Forget about any substantial gains from exhaust, they're all for looks and sound.
Sounds great, not too loud, very little drone. Exactly what I wanted

well if ur ever in the area I can tell ya where to go, otherwise I'm not really familiar with Huntington Beach area.
Make sure the muffler shop has all the necessary equipment such as mandrel bender, quality welder, wide selection of mufflers and tips (even though I wouldn't suggest buying them there at marked up prices), etc. Oh yeah, ask a welder how long he's been doing it for.
Since you're in Socal, try to negotiate prices. I'm sure you can find a good place to weld everything for like 100 bucks.

There's another approach that involves swapping the underfloor storage compartment with the smaller one from the 335 in order to have more room to work with.
