New ETS Products?! ETS e90 Shop 335i
A few of you may already know this but for the rest of you We have picked up an e90 335i 6-Speed manual car. We are going to begin production shortly on a few new parts!!
To start things off, we will be building a few of the basic parts. Exhaust, Downpipes, Blow off valve pipe, intake, etc. If you have any requests we are open for opinions! Here is a picture of the vehicle. Stay Tuned!! Michael |

Affordable Dinan-style Intake!
For those of us who don't want (or don't have the skills/nerve) to cut into our air intake box like the brave Mr. 5, it would be awesome if you guys could fabricate an intake lid, similar to the Dinan set-up but without the crazy-expensive carbon fiber pieces. Most of us have agreed that the new Dinan design is superior, but few of us are willing to shell out $1000 for an extra 12-15hp. I keep thinking Stett, UR, or Injen is going to beat others to the punch by improving upon their existing intakes.
Design goals: -maximum hp/tq gains -lower intake temps -improved max flow -easy to return to stock -low risk (i.e. don't have to worry about sucking up water like the typical CAI's are capable of...arguably I know...but I've been in some torrential downpours on the highway where water was hammering the car from all directions) Mr. 5 has proven that it doesn't take extreme engineering measures to come up with a design that works, but we need someone with CAD skills and fabrication connections to make something affordable. Thanks for taking suggestions. |

Thanks guys! keep them coming. Did someone say CAD Skills?
Could you post up a pic of the intake lid? We are not new to working on the BMW, we developed the first E46 M3 turbo kit, so it's just a matter of time |

Just had a look at your site and saw your intercooler for the first time. Nice piece. Have you guys ever thought about possibly doing a kit to completely re-pipe the intake track (compressor outlets->intercooler->intake manifold)? There might be some hp from larger/less restrictive tubing.
IIRC, the Evo X picks up ~10hp just from less restrictive charge pipes Edit: yep, just checked it out on AMS's website http://www.amsperformance.com/cart/A...mance.com.html
