When changing to the red/brown wires connected what do you do with the white wire?

In your photo you had the brown/white with the red taped up?

I just put the white wire to the side I don't need it and yes I just had to rewire them 2 days ago cuz I hooked up the incorrect wire (dimmer) instead of power

I plan to hook mine up so it can correctly dim.

By mistake I thought white wire was power, but red one is + and brown is - so i hooked those up white wire is loose unattached (white is for dimming, but my angel eyes dim anyway... So I don't need the white) . I just taped it so it wouldn't dangle. I'll take a picture of the setup for you so you can see...

Cbozz: What color are your low beams? 6000k?
From your pictures, it seems to be matching perfect with the Orion V4's.

hahah, they are actually 4300K OEM color, I like that color the best because it illuminates wet or dry road the best, headlight color is different in person and doesn't match the AE's

Cbozz,

HID fogs, intercooler, and lip will really make your front end pop

Haha!
I'm debating if 6000k will match the V4's.
Because I know 6700k matches the V2's.

it's all prefference, I am leaving headlight color as it is, but sure it will look cool I'm sure.

I actually tried replacing fogs with HID but the plugs are different and I couldn't find the fitting to hook it into the ballast.... also I'm trying to sell my lip and get splitters or Arkym lip....

I have v4's and my lci non adaptive xenons opened up. I noticed your paint got a little dinged up. What did you use?

I wired the h8 plugs up. I have an 01/07 build e90. Can I code the dimming in or do I have to tap the white wire?

I did abuse them as I was putting them on lol, also I don't think I waited long enough for the paint to dry! youi can't see those dings too much tho so I don't really care... I might paint them glossy black one time too..

you only need one to get the hang of it. Buy a halogen one and practice. After that you're money.
