Texas raises speed limit.

I was taking it easy for a change this morning (in New York), and was driving the speed limit.

I was passed by about 95% of the traffic on the road.

Screw Clinton.

She has done NOTHING for upstate New York.

Raise the speed limits across the board, but...

Require continuing driver education in order to renew your license. Car control clinics, defensive driving classes, etc. with real instructors and pass/fail grading.

I don't think Clinton's failed policies had anything to do with him fooling around. That was just another on the long list of flaws.

I hear the DPS officers are enforcing the 80mph roads with a zero tolerance policy: they will pull you over for 81 in a 80.
