Auto lights

I have auto lights but no matter if its day or night it will always put the dipped beams on, do I have to code the DRL to only be my angel eyes and then it will turn on dipped beams when it detects low light?

at this time of the year mine are on quite a lot unless its a nice bright day.

Is this option in the I-Drive? Thought it was... maybe I’m thinking headlight assist
