Wanted a 135i.. but now consider 335i

Due to price and availability.. I'm now considering a 335i. I think I'm going to be calling this dealership today and scheduling a test drive. What do you guys think about this one? The price to me seems great.. It's not a CPO but it's still within the manufacture warranty and I can go to a BMW dealership and extend the warranty right? How much will that cost?

What should I look for on this when test driving? ..just a little concerned for some reason due to the low price compared to what I'm seeing on KBB..

That's what I said at first.. But the more I look at it the more I'm starting to like it.. At night it'd be almost black.. and if kept clean I think it'd look pretty good in day light. The color is starting to grow on me. The interior color I'm still trying to get used to though.. at least it's way better than that ridiculous bright red that I've seen for some of these interiors..

wow...nice car. I like the terra interior...I can't believe how cheap it is. I bought a 2007 3351 coupe with same. But I paid 31450.....everything being relative. I would bring someone who knows bmw's...make sure carfax etc...clean. I heard of some people taking it to a bmw dealership...but may charge. Good indy might be a solution/cheaper....

They claim there's a clean carfax.. And since I do intend on extending the warranty, wouldn't that take care of everything if anything went wrong? Like.. if I were to buy the car and take it in to a BMW dealership.. tell 'em I want to extend the warranty... is that how it works?

Good indy?

Nah. It's in the Cleveland, OH area.. we don't get flooding all that much if at all.. Northeaster Ohio is pretty good at avoiding all sorts of natural disasters and makes up with always having shitty weather lol.

The reason why its so cheap is because of the color. Non popular colors just dont do well in the resale market. If you choose to buy this car, understand that if you ever decide to sell the car, you're going to be dealing with the same limited market. Pros - premium, sport and cold weather package. Cons - color (to some) and no nav.

If you like the color and it checks out clean, it does seem like a good buy. I think the Terra interior is my favorite color. It has low mileage so you're covered under factory warranty for probably a few more months. Check the in-service date to determine when your warranty expires.

Good price, get a paint job if you don't like the color.

I'm the kind of guy that doesn't like to go through the hassle of selling a car privately.. so I'd trade it in anyways.. so as long as it has a decent trade-in value I'm alright.

The Terra interior is definitely very nice. I like it a lot.

Do you know if I can buy an extended warranty if I'm within the warranty period?

As everyone else has said, the reason why it's so cheap is because it has an abominable color and it's a manual.

You may think it looks great now but the worst thing is regretting buying a car. I'd carefully reconsider the 135i before jumping on this because it's cheap.

Wow, idk what everyone is talking about. That color combination is beautiful, if it had navigation i'd be all over it. I really wanted deep green when I was looking but they all had beige interiors which I cannot stand. Good luck OP, beautiful car! I guess since it's not white or black with red or saddle interior everyone would hate it

if the car is solid... go for it.

fyi i was looking at a lotus and it was racing green, was alittle quiet for my taste... but figured id post the link. Nothing wrong with the green color.

I've seen that color in person at night and it doesn't look black. It still looks green and during the day when the light hits it, it is definitely green. If you really like that color then go for it.

Remember e90's (four doors) are generally cheaper than the coupes. So that plus the color (and any damage) might be why they want to move that car quickly.

That car is just straight up ugly...green I mean cmon.

By the way I think I know whay its so cheap, In the fine print youll see this : *Warranty may be limited to certain parts and functions of the vehicle. Buyer must confirm with manufacturer.

He probably lost his powertrain warranty due to mods(its a manual most of the manual drivers mod their cars)
get a 135 or another 335i (get a coupe!)
