BMW 325D Exhaust back pressure sensor fault

Hello guys.

I have 2007 BMW 325D prefacelift with the m57 engine.

Im getting the error "480A" which is related to the DPF system, and with that im also getting "4D00" which is my exhaust back pressure sensor.
Can the sensor fault be the cause of the 480A error? And cause im unable to do a forced regen? And since im planning on replacing the sensor anyway cus of the fault, i would like to know how i can identify which part number i need?

Hope someone can help me out.

Thank you guys.
