I have full bolt ons including; Muffler delete, vrsf catless race downpipe, vrsf race 7in intercooler, vrsf chargepipe, turbo smart bov, burger motorsports intake, and a stage 2 mhd tune. I was wondering if anybody else is on the same or similar setups and has done dyno tuning to see what whp they’re making. I suspect I’m making around or more than 400whp but i’m just not sure, I have consistently been pushing 18lbs of boost and catering to 14-16. Debating upgrading to a pure stage 1 or 2 turbo to break that 450 mark.

You won't get anywhere near 400whp with a PWG N55 on a stock turbo especially on pump gas. You're making 310whp max.

There are lots of threads on it, but here's just one. https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1379792 He made 308whp and 380wtq on MHD stage 2+ with similar mods to you. You need at least a pure stage 1 and some ethanol mix to touch 400whp on an e chassis N55.

You should be between 330-350 whp.

Pure Turbo 1 with E40 and good custom tune gets you to 400,
while on 93 pump, 350-360whp.
Shitload of torque in both cases.

Pure Turbo 2 with pump gas 400whp all day.
