I called paypal right after I made the online dispute.
I went ahead and elevated the dispute to a claim right away... No sense in waiting 30 days to 'work it out with the seller' now that we know he was full of shit. And it looks like the fact that it says "shipped' on the paypal page, it gives him an extra 3 days more before paypal takes action. Now it makes even more sense why he had the FREE shipping labels printed... - It lets him stall the buyers (making them think it's a shipping problem, since each label gets a tracking number) - AND it buys him more time with paypal. Dude SO knew what he was doing. Worked the system very well. -scheherazade |

look for itrader comments guys..should be one of the forum rules i remember i was scammed for 2,300$ and paypal only got me back 1750$ somehow. that was ridiculous. unless you are meeting up with the seller, i trader points are a must.

just to give you guys some advice.... if paypal happens not to give you a refund or gives u a partial refund go ahead and call your credit card company and tell them u want to file a chargeback..... depending on your card company they will refund your money.

Usually credit cards will do reverse charges on your behalf no questions asked. That is because the merchant gets screwed not them, in this case the merchant is paypal. I would just tell the cc company that you were never sent the product. What did you tell them?
