should i change this?!??!!?
i went to bmw service to change somthing to the steering and after that they called me and said i have to change also whats in the picture because i will have trobles!! I need your opinion!!Should i change it or not?!?!

did you run over something?
looks like your (rear) sway bar mounting bracket & where it mounts to the lower control arm. am i close? if it's aluminum, my guess is it's done...because it is more prone to failure by shear. OE suspension parts ain't cheap. if it was me, i'd ride it out and keep my eyes open for used parts. |

it really only looks like it got scratched ... it doesnt look bent IMO. I wouldnt say its bad enough to change out.

it def looks like its bent up and to the side a little bit, but i would assume you cant even tell the difference. If it were to break on you while driving i dont think it would be too bad because its not an integral part of the suspension.
If it breaks then fix it. Or, inspect it from time to time noting its exact condition to see if it worsens. Other than that, i think your cool man, dont let some dealership take your money.
