I'm in the market for a 335, I see that the extended warranty only applies for cars built in 2007-2008. I've read that some people with 2009+ cars are upset about that.

Is this problem more or less only on the 7-08 models, or are 09+ owners just SOL as far as replacement goes? Additionally, I'm aware that they continued to improve the pump over the years and will replace it with a newer pump- does this solve the problem, or do failures still occur with the improved pump?
