When are spacers needed?

I have finally found the wheel brand that I want to go with, My question is regarding the need for spacers. I now have 205/55/16 front and rear. I am really wanting to go 235/35/18 or 19 front and 265/35/18 or 19 for the rear.

Stock suspension. Base 328i E90 LCI

Spacers needed to push out the wheels closer to the fender. What are the offsets of the wheels. You put them on and they look sunken in you would want spacers.
