235/35 and 265/35 on XI okay?

Can I run 23/5/35 - 265 (or 275)/35 on a XI and not have issues?

Don't think so, the rolling diameters are too far apart. Rolling diameter needs to be within 1% or so. Calculate based on that.

These are 3.25% different based on http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Tire-...5R19/265-35R19

I thought it was 5% variance was okay, thats why I am asking.

Ive read that you cant have a smaller rear tire than front, but other say you can.

Frustrating...

245/40/19 and 275/35/19 come out to NEGATIVE -.52, So is that acceptable or not.

Yes it's fine it's under 1%, BUT totally wrong aspect ratio for 19 inch wheels. Correct one would be 245/35/19 and 275/30/19, but those have 1.004% difference so it's very little over the limit.

Closest one for xdrive would be 235/35/19 and 275/30/19 with 0.077% difference.

Would definitely do a 30 series in the back to match rolling diameter. 35 is too tall a sidewall in the back with a 35 and narrower tire in the front.

Depending on your offset, camber and whether or not you have or plan to roll your fenders will determine if the 285s work. That is not a simple bolt on tire fitment.
