Got a hit and run... Body shop recommendation?

Some asshole scrapped and dented(all very minor) my passenger door.
I have a $1000 deductible on my insurance so I'm thinking of just repairing with my own money.

Any reputable body shops thats in the GTA/Markham area?

I got a quote from Mister John Auto Collision for $897.99 Price is pretty high for just a minor dent/scratch. Not sure how good they are.

I've had work done at Don Valley Auto Collision three times now (rear ended twice and backed into in a parking lot). It's attached to the VW garage on Eglinton just East of the DVP, but I believe downtown BMW sends car there for body work repairs.

The repairs on my car have been great all three times (once replaced rear bumper and twice just repaired and resprayed rear bumper).

I only trust European Autobody, they are the best.... Not cheap but you pay to play....

They are doing the following for me currently:

OEM M3 Sides
OEM M Tech Rear Bumper with Quad Diffuser
OEM Aero Front Lip
M Tech Carbon Trunk Spoiler (Painted in VRS style)

Manny and his crew are the best, i had my e60 done by them and i couldnt be happier.

Sorry to hear that.

I've had work done at fairview auto on markham road and major mac, i think they are just a couple blocks north of a subaru dealership. They do a lotta bodywork for dealerships and have pretty good prices.

Yeah Manny hooked up my e90 Hamann quad diffuser... huge job and it looks flawless. Got him throwing on a front lip spoiler for me later in the week. Great job but $$$ ...also RMP motors beside them are bmw gurus for engine/electrical.

mister john's does flawless work...a bit pricey yes, but amazing. i had my car put back to stock there when i traded it in, and my car came back brand new

. actually i think i got the dealer to up my value day of trade in as i said, my paint is flawless

does the work for bmw autohaus i believe

another member here, simonn i believe also gets his work done there. its a lot closer than going to oakville or sauga..

Had a similar thing happen to me (hit and run) a number of years ago that resulted in a scraped rear bumper. Had it fixed at my own expense (it wasn't worth filing an insurance claim) at Autostyle in Scarborough (Warden/401 area). The work was well done and the price was right.

My mother also had her car fixed at Don Valley Auto Collision (mentioned in an above post) after a pretty bad accident and they also do good work.
