It's a very small dent, a ding really, on the front of the passenger side of the hood near the headlight. Hardly noticeable.

My roommate dropped a wrench or something on it. I was pretty pissed inside, but what can you do. He's paying for it, I just have to get the motivation to get it fixed.

Took my car in for service this morning. Got an X3 for a loaner. Pretty excited I got something different.

BT Cable

Just bought the enthusiast version so I have 2 VIN's to spare.

If anyone is going in for service and has concerns about codes feel free to PM me. Cost ~290 for the cable so I'd probably hit you up for 1/3 of the cost but in return I'd be willing to clear your codes as needed (within reason .. don't call me at 3 AM and expect an answer then or forever after ).

Anyone know of a good place to get an Aero Lip painted TiAg in Houston? I've checked JLevi's site and it's $175 extra to have it painted. I have no idea what the costs are. Help!

Just got the helix FMIC installed after about 6 hours in the heat yuck. I didn't have to trim much, but did have to drill new holes in the brackets on the intercooler. Took it for the first drive, then a few WOT's to let the ecu adjust -- all of a sudden POP whooooom. Haha the inlet hose pops off around 6.5k rpm. I didn't realize the kind of pressure these cars work with. Funny thing is I didn't get any check engine lights. Carefully coast back home, spend another hour tightening down the hose and voila.. car pulls like a maniac top end.

Grats bro.... Not bad considering a first time install and the 100 degree heat we have out here...

You think second time around that time could be cut significantly?

Oh yea, now knowing what I'm doing. Could probably install another in under 2 hours.

I've been sitting on a set of RR dp's for awhile. Not sure if I want to try that install without a lift.. its pretty tight under there and at 6'4 I'm not exactly small. Will probably have to shell out the money to get them in :/
