Finally have my rims on

After months of research I was finally able to put on my summer wheels yesterday, I've learned a great deal about wheel and tire fitment along the way and decisions were finally made, and now, I know guys, I'll need a drop soon

and yea I know my front tires are flat, I noticed that and put air in after taking the pix

I can give you an honest and fair assessment in a couple of days, I need to go balanced the front tires as they have been left mounted on the rims and stored for a while. They are a little loud now. This is their 2nd summer.

The rears are brand new tires and installed balanced yesterday; and i think they stick pretty good and even on wet ground as i had a chance to test them Sat night with the rain.

Actually a couple of them are pretty dirty, with hard to remove water marks and grimes on'em. You can see if i post closeups

I spent all friday evening trying to clean them the best I can without using professional wheel cleaning agents.....and can't get rid of some stubborn marks. I am going to further clean them when i find a decent pro-wheel cleaner.

Yea, i've always loved BBS since back in my old days with my vdub GTI and Audi A4 and the RS-GT is one of my all time favs.... So when i saw a deal for a set of them locally, although they are not in their best shape, i took the plundge!

yeah, thanks. one of my all-time-favs too and I'm gonna treat them right, I got them not in their best condition and I cleaned them the best I could, if the imperfections start to bother me I may want to get them repaired/refinished by a pro.

I hadn't seen your car down there, but then again I don't stalk the E90's (although there are tonnes down there) however that explains it.
