id start with tint. Its the cheapest out of your mod list. Plus it makes the car look more aggressive

i would not do the mods you listed other than black window trim + tint, you can also change the rear emblem to matte black or debadge completely, for your car i believe matte black would look very good

If power is important to you and to balalnce the cars looks, get a 335i. If not, de-badge, for sure and then perhaps tints. I would also look into HID fogs perhaps?

i say m3 side is a nice add on. it's aggressive yet it won't over power the whole look. if you go straight to an aggressive hood or VRS trunk, those mods will look too deck out and they won't go well with what you have now.
go with m3 side first, then mtech rear, these will still match your current mod but give it a nice touch to it. afterward, you can get the vrs trunk since it's a really nice match with the mtech rear (look at genE92/edison for reference). tint is a nice and cheap touch but beware of cops all over vancouver if you are planning to also do front tints. matte black window trim is not a must on white car but definitely a nice touch too. it's not too expensive to do these trims so i guess you can do like trim+ tint + side in one step if you want.

From your list I would:
1. tint 2. mtech or m3 side skirts 3. mtech rear not on your list. 1. debadge or black out the 328i 2. aero front or mtech front All depends on how much money you want to spend...
