Who's hood is this???

I went to bimmerfest and saw this car with m3 hood. I'm wondering is it oem
but modified or other brand? Does anyone else make m3 hood for e90??

that doesn't look oem at all. all these aftermarket m3 hoods look terrible. reminds me of a unicorn with that out of place bump.
