Reasonable Quote for Aero Kit Install????

I am about to pull the trigger on a Kerscher Aero Kit for my 335i E90. The kit is the front bumper, both side skirts and the rear add-on, front fog lights and CF splitters. The quote for paint and install (and removal of OEM stuff) is just shy of $1,000.00 Is that reasonable?
