Great turn out guys...good to see some of you guys there! Nice to see you steve, keep saying i would come down see you as we said when i got the parts of you...but didnt happen, so good to see you there. Your car looks great, love the stance on yours...just perfect!! Wow that power slide was insane!!! looool them 2 people in that car must have been shittin themselves!!!

I was so annoyed when i got there my camera did not work, had some error code. I was looking forward to taking pics aswell, had 3 lenses and tripod too. What a shame. Hope you guys all took some good pics!!

Had a great chat with Faizaan and Anneka...Lovely meeting you Anneka, im sure you gna be great help to everyone on the forum. Hope the idea of doing a meet at the dealership works out...that would be a great turn out im sure. (oh and i need the pics from ur camera )

Good to see you too fella - as i said earlier, your car is stunning (even with the stone chip!!) - oh and the power slide was fun til i hit that dip and then all hell broke loose - i can still see the whites of the eyes of that couple in the parked car!!!

Wafik...will get those photos organised, I've got some funny ones too. I'm confident despite everyone telling you how difficult it is to repair that chip, I'm sure if all else fails we can repair it :-D

Anneka it was good to see Dharmesh as well and everyone enjoyed speaking to him too. Thanks for attending and braving the cold, please pass our sentiments on.

Here's that other thread with photos:

First off a big thank you to everyone who attended the meet today for making me feel so welcome, hopefully for the next one the weather will be a little warmer.

Some that caught my attention, both the E46 tourings, the blue E92 coupes, Steve's E46, Wafik's stunning E93....., Mega's awesome sound system (although I'm disappointed with myself for not having asked for a demo), Baris's E46... Thieves E46 convert

Really enjoyed speaking to everyone who I met

Steve I actually thought you'd lost it and were going to hit that car stickered up as a learner vehicle lmao !!

Would have been the ultimate embarrassment / irony I'd say.

But you didn't, so its fine

Will post up my pics on here tomorrow for people who've not seen them yet..

ok ok ok just one for now as it goes with a great quote from the EvoTechnik forum

They were fine actually. Well he did say "Why do those cars not have their front numberplates on" quite aggressively, Neil or George said straight away that it was just for the pictures and that we all had them on when we came in. Lol! Katie's car doesn't even have a numberplate recess!!! But he didn't do anything more about it

He then said basically, that they have to check it out, because we could be "boy racers in hondas" I think is how he put it

I did have to speak to the site security too but he was fine.

Sadly a few people were a bit stupid when we actually left the site at the end of the meet, so I hope we are still welcome next time, as its a great location. (LOL no offence, love you allllll but its the truth )

Thanks again all for turning up again. This was a brilliant attendance for what was basically a mini-meet. EvoTechnik is a great forum Thanks to the E90 lot that turned up as well!! A good attendance from E90post More turned up from there than even posted saying they would I think

Hey Steve - great to meet up finally mate!

That spin was quality I think the learner that you nearly took out was still in a state of shock when I left about 45 minutes later!

Great pics and a good turn out.

Steve, the car park @Ikea is not 'The Ring', they've got wanted posters in the store now, although I'm not quite sure what your wanted for

That copper was a tad horizontally challenged, in the pic it look's like Neil is going to plant one on him with his forehead!

In the hope that you might be referring to Red Cooper in the last picture (and not the Orange Cooper Works to which you probably are), I took it off the Chigwell forecourt, my colleague also bought a 1 series coupe part wrapped in carbon vinyl.
