remove center light section by rear mirror

Hey guys i need help removing the center piece by the rear view mirrow. The piece with the sos button. Do any one know how to remove it? Is the unit a whole piece? I want to change my light to led but dont know how to take the part off. I replace all the light now but need to change the center piece light.

try using a flathead?

i try using the flat head. is there any clips that hold the thing in place?
