Manheim / OVE auction access

Hello,
Very new member to the site but have been reading for a while. I'm looking to purchase a used 3 series with specific equipment packages in the next few months. The car that I am after is not readily available on dealer lots or via private sale. As a result, I'd like to purchase the car through the dealer auctions (Manheim / OVE, etc.) and am looking for an honest, knowledgeable dealer that can help facilitate the process.

Please PM me if you or someone you know is interested in working with me on the purchase. I have a pretty good understanding of how the process works and I am glad to do the majority of the research.

thanks!

If you're willing to drive to Manheim's main auction, give George a call from Mac's Auto Sales (717-367-5524). Not sure if he still does this but back in the day he used to take clients into Manheim with him on sale days.

Thank you very much. Just to be clear, I do not necessarily need to go to the auction personally. However, I would like the ability to browse/research inventory at the auctions. My understanding is that the OVE site also allows web based bidding, which is something that I would also consider.

Part of my motivation for going the dealer auction route is access to more inventory. The vehicle that I am looking for is not readily available in the private or retail dealer inventory.

You ask Sal at Autocouture? They're only 10 mins from Tappan Zee so close to you and I know they have a dealer license - not sure how that translates to Manheim access though.
