Scratch through to metal DIY or..?

Hello folks.
Just got a nice present in The form of 2 scratches that went through to The metal. Pic below. Big one is 4 inches /10 cm. Got a quote on a total door respray for $250. But if I were to DIY it, would I be able to protect from rust.
I am thinking: clean, prime with miniature brush and paint alpinweiss 300 stick and clear coat. Would that be sufficient to protect from rust and make it look decent from afar?
Best
Rasmus

It would. The paint won't match but from 5 feet away it's not noticeable.
