I would also mention that jr had issues with partial deletes in the past as well. I remember getting lots of warnings, that doing a stage 2 tune with egr deleted and dpf and scr active was not recommended. But it’s worked fine for me, after they damaged a few cars getting the bugs fixed. Some folks had problems never doing a dpf regen once the egr was disabled. Apparently having a functional egr code is required in the stock programming to do a regen.

I wouldn’t trust the newer tuning companies to get this right either.

I have sucessfully regened and noticed egts in the high 1200's on long hard drives, the only problem is I start losing high end power about 100 miles later and the code pops back up and I have to do the same thing over.

I'm not sure why it's seeing that it's ok for such a short period and then codes pop right back up. Maybe the DPF is at the end of its life?
