I attempted to replace my valve cover gasket. During the process, I pulled out the coils in my spark plug holes. One of the coils pulled out the metal sleeve. I put it back in, but when I reinserted the coil, the rubber got stuck. Now when I pull the coil out, only the white plastic piece comes out. The rubber stays in and won't release how can I remove the rubber part?

Edit: I think I found my solution : https://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/s...t-Stuck-Remedy
