not yet, I'm ordering some M logo door still from Tischer on monday, they said about 2 weeks shipping from germany.

I'm gonna install those along with the 2 center CF leather trim pieces and see how it looks (the door still are aluminum so if I like them matching the door pieces then i'll leave um but if not I'll paint all 4 door pieces).

I'll keep everyone updated when they arrive and i decide what route to take.

Hey udubBadger, instead of buying the real M3 leather carbon fiber vent pieces, just get them wrapped in my carbon fiber vinyl fabric, it looks exactly the same and a lot less expensive. Good job on the center console, I would have left the little aluminum strip on the ash tray door silver.

Looks good,

Why didnt you mask the alu trim on the ashtray cover?

it looks more DIY because the whole thing is sprayed over.

would have looked more OE imo.

Still, does look nice

I just didn't like the contrasting colors of the glossy silver on top of the matte black.

paint works best on the aluminum trim but if you use an adhesion promoter before you spray paint it, that would probably be fine on the wood. I wouldn't suggest sanding it at all.

hahaha, I did but it looks like FileDen (who was hosting my pics) is either shut down or is just completely f-ed up. I am not sure if I still have anything saved but I'll look and see.

Thanks for pointing that out.

I looked everywhere I could for them but i don't think I saved them. The site that was hosting them lost all my saved files so they're gone forever. I'll snap a new pic of how it looks now but no DIY w/ photos
