That's weird. Something must have been up. My wife posts real estate ads all of the time like that with no trouble. I wonder if there was some advertising associated with your image host.

Yeah, no clue. It was driving me crazy trying to post it up though. I added a bunch of pics to the original post. Car is my DD, so it needs to be cleaned up a bit. Those pics were taken quickly to get a potential buyer some interior shots.
Has a clean carfax too. Some dumbass made me pay $35 for the carfax, then told me the price was too high and he wasn't interested anymore. Last time I do that. |

Starting to demod, sucks. Springs and shifter will be coming off as soon as I can do the work. Seems like I already have someone interested in the shifter, anyone want the springs?
Authentic BMW blackline taillights available as well... hopefully local pickup. Still using the roof rack though |

Just a little advice, but looking at your pictures of the interior, it looks like its in terrible shape. You would be doing yourself a huge favor if you at least vacuumed it before posting pictures. I really hope you sell it, one car guy to another, but I wouldnt even put up pictures of my wife's beater when I go to sell it if it looked like yours. Come on now and get a vacuum!
Good luck. |

Thanks. Yeah I saw that, but some guy wanted pictures right away, so I just snapped a few. Seems like crap builds up in the carpet so damn fast. After I get the damn lowering springs out, I'm gonna wash it up and take some more recent pictures.
Oh, and I figured out last night that the B&M short shifter was apparently not designed to be removed... so it's staying. I don't see what the big deal is anyway, its 100% improvement over the stock shifter, just a tad shorter. |

I am intersted in your car but I have a few question if you
dont mind me asking. 1) are you the 1st owner 2) has it been ever involved in any accidents? 3) who performed the inspection II service. I am ready If all meets my criteria. Will you permit a ppi be done? Obviously you would drive it there at my expense of the inspection. I work for Advantage Certified Thanks Andrew Last edited by München; 11-28-2011 at 05:58 PM.. Never been in any accidents. I have a clean carfax. Before I bought the car, I had it inspected by a BMW dealer out in Chicago and everything checked out. Only problems I've had with the car is hitting potholes on the highway which apparently bent a few suspension parts. Everything has been replaced with brand new BMW parts and I just had an alignment done last week. Oh, and the car doesn't have RFTs anymore. I put on RE760s to improve the ride quality. If you want to have the car inspected, that can be arranged. I live in close proximity to BMW of Fairfax, Alexandria, and Passport. Easy tiger, I'm hardly ever on this forum now because my internet at work doesn't play well with the site anymore. I still need to take more pictures. Just cleaned the car up Sunday but its raining now of course. I'm usually free to meet on weekends or after work if someone wants to look at the car, I just have a really busy week this week. |

Hello, so I take they replaced the LCA's
And radius arm bushings? I deal with Sterling and Fairfax, most of their unsatisfied clients come to me. Will you be available this weekend, Like to look at the car up close. Then we could schedule you to bring it to Advantage Certified to be inspected. If that works please let me know. Crazy Question, was the car purchased in Illinois? I can be available this saturday if you want to meet up then. And yes, I bought the car from a dealer just outside of Chicago. Oh and the H&R springs are out now, so its back at stock height. That was the main reason for the alignment, but the control arm made it necessary as well. Combo of stock sport springs and BMW performance shocks feels awesome. Only mods on the car now are black grilles (can still be changed), Procede V3 (not noticable other than slight increase in power over stock) and B&M shifter (much better feel than loose stock shifter, only slightly shorter height).
