whats BMWlogger? I haven't heard of that before? Is it an add-on to some other software or is it stand alone?

Im new to this site and need a hand please injector coding
I have a 09 335i and just replaced the HPFP, injectors, coils and plugs and i need to code the injectors and have ran the software step by step multiple times and can not get it to connect to my car. I have tried 2 different laptops and 3 different install guides for inpa that seem to work for everyone else and im starting to think they sent me the wrong dcan cable. I need the car for this weekend and dont have time to get another cable. Is there anyone in or around phoenix, Az that can do it? I am in litchfield park. I would greatly appreciate the help.
