First track day

Hey guys. I'm planning on going to my first track day this friday!!!! Just one question. I have about 4000 miles on this oil and I was wondering if I just change my oil before or after the track day.. Suggestions on what else to check? Thanks!

after one trackday you for sure do not need to change your oil!

I agree on the oil change. I would change it after. As to other things to check I offer the following:

Air Pressure - both before and in between sessions
Torque on wheels
Removing all loose items from the car including floor mats
Check all fluids especially brake fluid
Check brake pads to make sure you have plenty of wear left.
Check your ego at the gate and have fun.
