Recently after having to reset my phone my MHD N54 Purchases seem to have gone missing and are no longer showing up in the MHD application. This seems to have happened after I installed the "new" version of the MHD app.

Trouble shooting-
-I have made sure that I am logged into the correct Google account where the purchases occurred,

-I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application followed by signing back into mhd with the appropriate Google account

- I have verified the purchases in the correct google account,

-I have attempted to view the licenses on a separate android and IOS device.

-I contacted MHD about the issue, they replied to the first email stating that its most likely due to an internet connection issue but I have found that claim to be false as i have tested all devices on different fast speed wifi and LTE connections.

-Google support blamed the developer as they stated that everything looks good on their end.

Yes I had the same issue.. when this new version first came out I put it on my iPhone and I logged right into my google account but it would not let me log in through Google on my Samsung tablet.. It definitely had something do with my home WiFi which was very frustrating since I have really fast WiFi. The problem was as you probably know that you have to be able to log in to your Android device in order for your licenses to transfer to IOS.. I had the same back and forth emails with MHD and after a couple of days I tried it by using my hotspot WiFi from my phone and it worked.
