GREAT deal on sway bars

I've been looking for a sway bar kit for my 335is since I'm going to be installing an LSD. I currently run the factory RSB and an M3 FSB. I was getting ready to order the ECS kit ($370+ free shipping but since I live in Ohio, I had to add tax so $398 after tax for me). I did some looking and found the Eibach kit. It is $390 at ECS but I searched the part number and I found the whole kit through Autoplicity for $265 shipped. This includes the bushings as well. Front is adjustable, rear is not. Hard to beat deal for $265

https://autoplicity.com/13393-eibach...rear-sway-bars

I will let everyone know what I think when I get them in!

Yes, it is the sway bar kit so it includes F&R. The front is 2 way adjustable and rear is not. I'm not sure if Autoplicity has the correct description or not but that part number everywhere else says that.

https://www.ecstuning.com/b-eibach-p...-kit/2085.320/

There it is at ECS Tuning

Edit: Either way, even if the front is not 2 way adjustable, that is still a steal for both front and rear.

Definitely a great deal you found and well worth it, I've been confused for a while now on these though..cuz even the ecs picture shows a non adjustable but description says it is. All the aftermarket m3 bars say and show to be adj, it's weird

Directly from Eibach's website shows non adjustable for both front and rear, however the pic for the rear shows 2 way adjustable haha!

Honestly, for $265 shipped, I think I'll be happy. They are solid bars so they have more strength but obviously heavier weight. Most people on the forums wouldn't see an advantage to the 2 way adjustable anyways. And you could always get adjustable sway bar end links at that price...

So these are superior to the M3 sway bars?
If you already have the M3 front, why not get a used M3 rear sway bar as well?

Yes they are superior. ONLY downside is a little extra weight but I think the additional stiffness outweighs that.

I have an e92 front sway bar so I believe it is 26.5mm and it is hollow. Stock rear msport sway bar which I believe is 13 mm. The eibach are solid, 28mm for the front and 15mm for the rear. I just got them a couple days ago and will be installing tomorrow so I can let everyone know how they look and feel in person.

They look good especially for the price can't really speak for performance yet, rear end is still out

No they are not the m3 has a 20mm rear sway bar this 15mm rear sway is barely an upgrade especially since you have to lower subframe to install it

Bigger isn't always better. The rear end was dropped because of the subframe bushings. The bushings on the sway bar + the few extra mm will make a decent difference. It's not an autox car so for the price and upgrade over stock, it was worth it to me.

Correct. Both are non adjustable. At first I thought the front was but it was advertised incorrectly. Still, not bad @ 265 for both. This is more of a street/roll race/dig race car so I think it is a perfect compliment to the new LSD, axles, and solid subframe & diff bushings

Agreed. Good to know it was advertised wrong

Thickness of the bar is only relevant when knowing if the bars are solid or hollow. Just make sure your compare apples to apples. FYI the price is pretty good but popular vendors here would have no problem price matching.

I had no idea, thought it was maybe a price mistake because every where else is about $100+ more.

They are solid bars and if I remember correctly, the OEM bars are hollow. So, to your point, 15mm solid vs 13mm hollow or even 20mm hollow I think is an upgrade

I got whatever MFactory sells as an addition to the LSD. I thought they were solid diff bushings but they had a solid "case" but rubber inside? To be honest I don't know very much when it comes to bushings besides what I have read from people running what I got. But they should be solid

I have the matched spring and sways set from eibach and I've been very happy with them. The springs and sway bars work together so I thought it was wise to get the matched set. Bigger is definitely not always better. It depends on what kind of performance you're trying to get out of the car. The eibach set did a great job of removing the stock under steer. Very balanced and neutral. I also have adjustable links in the front wich add some fine tuning ability. Very nice upgrade that compliments the rest of the work I've done.

Oh sweet, so you got their LSD also. I haven't found too much info on diff bushings like there is on subframe bushings yet, just starting to search and plan ahead now.
